Research Methods

Versta Research has deep experience in both quantitative and
qualitative methods of market and opinion research.  We focus on the
key questions that must be answered and advise on an approach or
combination of approaches to deliver critical information and insight.
We design and handle all data collection, including online, traditional,
and mixed-mode approaches.

Our expertise in quantitative methods ranges from sampling,
weighting, questionnaire design, experimental and control group
designs, internal data analysis, measurement design, scaling, and
statistical analyses that includes regression, cluster, factor, CHAID,
conjoint, perceptual mapping, and discriminant analysis. On the
qualitative side, we focus on in-depth interviewing with particularly
difficult or technical topics among specialized audiences, often as one
component of a broader research effort.
